What a lovely gem of a place indeed! The cute farm house was spacious for the 3 of us and our dog. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside. The house was really nice inside as well. We can't wait to return and stay longer so we can use the pool next time. It was a nice place to get away from the city and the air smells sooo nice out there! Close to Harrison, Chilliwack, and Hope so there was plenty to explore nearby. We didn't mind the train that often ran by, it was actually fun to watch it go by every time. The beds were firm and comfy, pillows were soft, they even had covers for the couch so our pup can snuggle with us while we watched TV, that was really thoughtful! We got to meet the lovely family and it was so nice talking to them. Beautiful destination! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Barnhouse Lodge was an amazing place to stay! My girlfriend’s and I felt so at home and the host was so friendly and accommodating. I would 100% recommend Barnhouse Lodge for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed here with some friends for a week while our toddlers had no daycare, figured it would be more fun to work from home while on vacation! The house was so cozy and felt like love. We made full use of the large yard and gorgeous sunsets had almost all our meals outside. One level so super safe for small children. They loved the paved paths to ride their little bikes around and especially loved the frequent trains passing by. Us adults enjoyed the fire pit for late night wine and conversation. Incredibly beautiful property and only a quick drive to Harrison or Aggasiz - we loved it!

We hosted a chamber event for the Harrison Agassiz Chamber at The Barnhouse Lodge, and it was a fantastic experience. The venue is warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited for a professional yet relaxed networking event. Alex was wonderful to work with—attentive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. The space was well set up, our guests were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the event a success. We highly recommend The Barnhouse Lodge and would gladly host future events there.

My wife and I booked this barn house for our anniversary and it was honestly perfect. The place was super clean, very organized, and really easy to access. It’s a fully private unit with tons of space, so it felt cozy but never cramped.The TV setup was great, all the Netflix apps ready to go — and the fridge was a really good size. Fresh coffee was provided too, which we loved. It was easy to warm up the place and just relax while enjoying the beautiful view outside.Location is another big plus. There are plenty of grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants within a 5-minute drive, which made everything convenient.Alex is an amazing host, very friendly, super supportive, and always responsive, even when we had unexpected issues. This was actually our second time staying here, and I’m sure it won’t be our last.Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a wonderful staycation at Barnhouse Lodge, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was absolutely lovely, providing the perfect cozy and inviting atmosphere for a weekend getaway. The amenities were truly great. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and spending time by the fire pit. The lodge was also incredibly well-stocked, from the kitchen with all the tools we needed to cook our meals to plenty of extra towels and blankets, which made us feel right at home. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing retreat with friends. Highly recommend!
